RAFFLE RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. This raffle is conducted by Being Beautiful Foundation (the “Charity”), located at P.O. Box 1201, North Wales, PA 19454.  The Charity is a non-profit organization under Code Section 501(c)(3). and as defined by Internal Revenue Service.  All sales and donation proceeds less expenses will benefit the Charity’s operational needs.
2. The raffle will be conducted from November 1, 2024 beginning at 12:00 a.m. through November 30, 2024 with tickets available for purchase until 11:59 p.m.
3. There will be no limit on the number of tickets sold. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of valid entries.
4. Purchasers of tickets must register through the raffle website and include their full name, email address and phone number.
5. If more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first name listed shall be considered the “entrant.” The Charity shall, will and can have no obligation for delivery of any prize to any person other than the entrant.
6. Minors may not purchase or have their names identified as entrants for prizes.  Payment for the tickets shall be made by credit or debit card through the raffle website.  All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued.
7. The winner will be picked by public random drawing to be held at 12 p.m. on December 2, 2024.  The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).  The winner will be announced online and notified by phone and/or email.
8. Winner does not be present to win.
9. Winner agrees to allow Chairty to use of their name or likeness and images for publicity purposes without compensation.
10. Prizes to be awarded in the raffle include:  Dinner with the Celebrity including airfare, hotel and ground transportation and one ticket to Rolling Loud in Miami Florida.
11. Winner must present the raffle ticket stub when claiming their prize and provide one form of government picture identification.  The winner must complete and sign an IRS Form 5754, which requires a social security number or tax ID number.  Delivery of the prize shall be made solely to the entrant based on providing the raffle ticket stub, picture identification, and, when required, a social security number/tax ID number and completion of a W-9.
12. The winner is subject to all Federal and State tax regulations and payment of any taxes is the sole responsibility of each winner.
13. Winner acknowledges that the Chairty, its employees, its agents and representatives have not made, and neither are they responsible in any manner or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee expressed or implied in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular use.
14. If the winner cannot be reached within 72-hours at the phone number, email address or mailing address on the ticket stub for any reason by the Charity, a disqualification will result, and an alternate winner will be drawn.  If the winner fails to appear to receive the prize for any reason, the winner will forfeit the prize and the Charity will bear no further responsibility or obligation to the winner.
15. The employees of the Charity, at their discretion, may participate in the raffle.
16. The decision of the Charity and the Executive Board Committee shall be final on all matters concerning the raffle.
